Condition
A new boat is always in good shape but pay atention is the boat well maintained. The ship was painted and sealed? Is the woodwork in good condition? The rubber is not perished? Do you see mold anywhere? Take care when using plastic boats that no cracks are visible in the surface. You should also check whether you see rust anywhere on the boat, which can also mean that the boat was damaged at that location.
